Our 3rd Annual Charity Fur Ball promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with entertainment and compassion. Guests will enjoy a silent auction featuring delightful gift baskets, a wine cork-pull fundraiser, exquisite wine, delectable hors d'oeuvres, and delightful desserts. The evening will be enhanced with an introductory group ballroom dance lesson for beginners, followed by social dancing and the presence of many compassionate individuals who share out commitment to animal welfare. This semi-formal event is not only a celebration of our shared values but also a vital source of funds that enable our non-profit, no kill and volunteer run shelter located in Terryville, CT to care for abandoned, abused and neglected cast and dogs.

Complimentary Introductory Group Dance Lesson
Learn the basic steps of ballroom dancing from the Professional Dance Instructors at Fred Astaire so you can dance the night away during the Fur Ball!
Open bidding starts for our Silent Auction at this time too.

Mix and mingle, General Dancing, Silent Auction & Wine Cork-Pull fundraiser, Hors d'oeuvres, desserts, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments are included with your ticket price
Valentines Day Photos

"Celebrate Valentine’s Day with us and your furry Valentine by creating a fur-ever memory while supporting animals in need!
For a donation of just $20 (single pet, 30 minute session), or $40 (multiple pet, 60 minute session) you’ll receive a private photo shoot with a professional photographer and 100% of the proceeds goes directly to the care of the dogs and cats at our rescue! Also included in your session is a printed, framed photo to take home with you (digital copy available upon request), and a Valentine’s Day goodie bag!
To get your pet camera ready, we'll have some cute, Valentine’s Day themed accessories available for your pet to wear during their photo shoot for that extra special touch!
Photo sessions will be held in the upstairs space at our rescue. Pets and their owners must be able to navigate up and down at least 20 stairs. Volunteers will be available and happy to assist you and/or your pet up the stairs if needed.
Proof of rabies vaccination is required and ALL pets must be leashed or secured in a carrier until your photo session begins.
Spots are limited so book your appointment now!"
Locked in for Love
Our volunteers will be locking themselves into the kennels and you'll have to "adopt" them out. This event will be live streamed and information will be posted in real time. All donations will go to help the animals of our shelter.
